Application Wizard: Tom’s Mac Software Pick

Application Wizard: Tom’s Mac Software Pick:
Application Wizard: Tom's Mac Software PickApplication Wizard from MaBaSoft is an application launcher that not only lets you quickly open or quit an application or group of applications, but also lets you customize its menu-based launch system.

Application Wizard

Application Wizard provides easy access to all of the apps in the Applications folder, the Dock, and for those of you who write code, the Developer/Applications folder.

In addition to these default locations, you can create your own group of apps to store in Application Wizard's menus. I created a menu for all of my games, imaging apps, audio apps, and benchmarking tools. The ability to organize apps is one area where OS X has always been a bit limiting, but Application Wizard lets you organize and display apps in its menu as you see fit.

Additional features include the ability to eject disks, browse any mounted storage system, and browse your iPhoto or Aperture libraries.

Application Wizard is $19.00. A demo is available.
